Update or Mockup
Small corrections, production support or presentation visuals from approved artwork.
A simple label, a content-heavy food pack, a new product range and a mockup-only requirement should not all be priced the same.
Aeronovate separates design, adaptations, mockups and production support clearly so you know what you are buying, what you need to provide, and what remains with your printer or packaging vendor.
Mockups from ₹2,500. Packaging updates from ₹1,500. New original packaging design from ₹10,000.
Every requirement follows one clear path. That keeps a small correction affordable and prevents a complex range from being under-scoped.
Small corrections, production support or presentation visuals from approved artwork.
Resize, refine, restructure or completely redesign what you already have.
One new product and one primary format, priced by actual content and design complexity.
New master artworks and variants are separated so you do not pay a full design fee for every SKU.
Answer five simple questions. No packaging knowledge is required and you can go back at any time.
We will point you to the closest pricing route, whether you need a new pack, an edit, a redesign, mockups or several products together.
Small edits, mockups and production support are kept separate from genuine redesign work.
Best when the design direction is already approved and usable artwork is available.

| 3-view mockup set | Up to 3 suitable digital presentation views of one approved pack | ₹5,000 |
| Additional mockup view | Additional suitable view of the same approved pack | ₹1,500 |
| Simple text / colour variant | Existing approved master adapted with limited visual change | ₹3,500 |
| Dieline artwork placement | Approved artwork placed on a client/vendor-supplied dieline | ₹4,500 |
| Print-ready preparation | Production file preparation from supplied approved artwork and specifications | ₹3,500 |

Choose the level by how much of the existing design system is changing.
The approved design stays substantially unchanged. We adapt it to another size or supplied dieline and rebalance only what is necessary for fit, safe area and readability.
Keep the existing visual direction while improving hierarchy, typography, spacing, alignment, readability and overall balance.
Rework denser front/back information, content blocks or panel structure without replacing the core creative direction.
Replace the existing creative direction. Pricing follows the same complexity levels as a new pack: light-content, standard, or detailed F&B/FMCG.
Every new-design option covers one product and one primary packaging format. Complexity is confirmed before work starts.
For labels or packs with lighter information density.
For a complete new pack with normal content complexity.
For products with dense back-of-pack and statutory content.
For packs where a fixed standard scope would be misleading.
Important: The F&B / FMCG level covers design and layout of information supplied and approved by the client. It does not include regulatory consulting, nutrition calculation, legal interpretation, FSSAI approval or verification of claims.
The most important question is not simply how many SKUs you have. It is how many require a genuinely new packaging direction, and how many can be built from an approved master.
Tell us how many need a completely new design and how many simply follow an approved design. We will show an indicative project value.
One detailed F&B design establishes the system. Four variants are then rolled out from the approved design.
Simple assumption: one primary pack format per product. If you need extra formats, different pack structures, multiple languages, custom illustration/CGI or unusually complex adaptations, we confirm those separately before starting.
Example: Classic, Peri Peri, Cheese, Cream & Onion and Masala Makhana sharing one packaging system.
₹31,000Example: Makhana, Peanut Butter, Granola, Protein Bar and Instant Coffee, each needing original packaging artwork within one coordinated brand/range system.
₹65,000Example: one Makhana system and one Granola system, with three flavour adaptations across the two masters.
₹41,000Use this when several products each need a fresh packaging design but belong to the same brand and are commissioned together.
| Products needing a new design | Standard Packaging | Detailed F&B / FMCG |
|---|---|---|
| 1 product | ₹12,500 | ₹15,000 |
| 2 products | ₹24,000 | ₹29,000 |
| 3 products | ₹34,500 | ₹42,000 |
| 4 products | ₹45,000 | ₹54,000 |
| 5 products | ₹55,000 | ₹65,000 |
| 6+ products | Custom Quote | Custom Quote |
How bundle creative development works: range pricing assumes the products are commissioned together, share one brand context and move through a coordinated approval process. Initial creative directions are developed at the agreed range/master level. Once the range system is approved, remaining master artworks are developed within that coordinated system. If individual SKUs require completely unrelated creative directions or separate concept explorations, Aeronovate will confirm a custom scope. One standard digital mockup per approved final SKU is included unless a quotation states otherwise.
A flavour, fragrance, size or closely related product using an approved packaging design is charged as an adaptation rather than another full design.
| Variant Type | Price |
|---|---|
| Simple text / colour variant | From ₹3,500 |
| Resize / size adaptation only | ₹3,500 to ₹5,000 |
| Standard flavour / fragrance / SKU variant | ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 |
| SKU adaptation with visual changes | ₹5,000 to ₹6,500 |
| Major variant / substantial adaptation that still retains the approved master system | ₹6,500 to ₹8,000 |
| Additional packaging format for same product | ₹4,500 to ₹7,000 |
| Completely new creative direction | New-master pricing applies |
These four terms are used consistently in the estimator, quotation and final handoff.
A product that needs a genuinely new packaging design rather than a simple adaptation of another approved pack.
A related product that keeps the approved design system but changes flavour, size, colour, fragrance or similar information.
The physical type of pack, such as a pouch, carton, label, sleeve, jar label or box.
A digital presentation visual. It is not a manufactured pack, physical prototype or printer proof.

This is especially important for F&B/FMCG and other content-heavy packs. Aeronovate designs the information architecture and artwork; the client approves product/regulatory content; the printer or packaging vendor controls physical production.
Where supplied and approved by the client, this may include ingredients, nutrition information, allergens, net quantity, MRP, batch/date areas, manufacturer/marketer details, consumer-care information, FSSAI licence information, veg/non-veg marks, barcodes, QR codes and storage/usage instructions.
For multi-product work, Aeronovate perfects the master direction first. The range is rolled out only after that system is approved.
We classify each SKU as a new master, refinement/restructure, variant, minor update, additional format or mockup requirement and confirm the commercial scope.
You provide approved product content, brand assets and the technical dielines/specifications available from your printer or packaging vendor.
For a new range, we develop the agreed design directions on the representative/master SKU rather than designing every SKU independently.
The selected direction is refined through the included revision rounds until the packaging system is approved for rollout.
Approved masters are adapted across the remaining variants/SKUs, followed by one consolidated range-correction round.
Final artwork, print-ready files, reference files and included mockups are organised for delivery, with one reasonable printer-artwork clarification round.
Each gate closes one type of decision before the project moves forward.
Client confirms that product, statutory, nutrition, claims, barcode and other supplied information is approved for design production. Later content changes may affect timeline or scope.
The visual system and master SKU are approved before Aeronovate rolls the design across the rest of the range.
Every final SKU is reviewed and approved before it enters the final production-handoff folder.
For new packaging, refinement/restructuring and multi-product range projects, every approved SKU is delivered as an organised production-and-reference set relevant to the agreed scope. The client knows before handoff which file is editable, which file goes to the printer and which files are only for presentation/reference. Mockup-only and very small update projects receive only the outputs relevant to that specific service.
A typical final folder is organised so your internal team and printer know exactly what is current.
This is why AI, CDR, PDF, fonts and linked assets are defined separately below.
Adobe Illustrator (.AI) is Aeronovate's default editable master format for packaging artwork unless another format is agreed before handoff.
If the client or printer specifically needs .CDR, tell us before final artwork handoff. CDR can be supplied when agreed and technically suitable. Because AI/CDR conversion can affect live effects, fonts or transparency, the approved production PDF remains the visual reference.
The print-ready PDF is the primary production handoff. If your printer requires a particular PDF standard, colour setup, bleed, spot colour or finish separation, those specifications should be supplied before final export.
Commercial font files, paid stock files, proprietary mockup templates and third-party licensed resources are transferred only where licensing permits. A production-safe outlined/embedded treatment can be prepared where appropriate so the printer does not depend on unlicensed fonts.
These rules protect file compatibility and make the printer handoff predictable.
If you provide usable AI or CDR artwork for an update, resize or refinement, we normally return the revised editable artwork in the same practical working format where possible. If reconstruction or cross-software conversion is required, the final editable format is agreed before work starts.
For refinement/restructuring, the agreed editable artwork, print-ready PDF and approval/reference PDF are supplied. A standard mockup is included only when it forms part of the agreed scope.
Artwork is prepared using the colour mode, spot colours, bleed, safe areas and finishing instructions supplied by the appointed printer/vendor. Screen or mockup colour is not a physical print guarantee.
Aeronovate can place client-supplied barcode/QR artwork, but encoded data and final printed scannability remain the responsibility of the client and/or production vendor.
New packaging projects include one consolidated round of reasonable artwork-related clarification from the client's appointed printer/vendor after final handoff.
This may cover bleed, safe area, export, colour separation or positioning clarification. New dielines, structural changes, material engineering, new creative work, additional prepress work and printing supervision are separate scope.
Timelines start after complete usable inputs are received and exclude delays in client or vendor approvals.
Most brands should use project pricing. A monthly arrangement makes sense only for businesses with genuinely recurring SKU launches, seasonal packs, export/retailer versions, private-label work or ongoing artwork management.
The aim is simple: you should know what is included, what changes count as a revision, and what would require separate scope.
Refine the approved direction without turning each revision into a new brief.
These can be scoped separately when needed; they are not silently bundled into a design fee.
Understand which price applies when you already have artwork, multiple sizes, flavours or a redesign.
The difference is workload. A light-content label requires less hierarchy and production layout than a normal full pack, while a dense F&B/FMCG pack can contain substantial client-supplied regulatory and product information. Aeronovate confirms the applicable level before work starts.
Not necessarily. A simple resize of an approved pack is usually ₹3,500–₹5,000. If the existing pack needs better hierarchy, readability or visual balance, refinement starts at ₹6,500. If Aeronovate must both restructure the pack and adapt it to a new size/dieline, the usual range is ₹8,500–₹10,000. Only when the core creative direction is being replaced does new-packaging pricing apply.
If you want a genuinely new creative direction rather than a refinement, the redesign follows the same complexity pricing as a new pack: ₹10,000 for a light-content/simple pack, ₹12,500 for a standard pack, ₹15,000 for a detailed F&B/FMCG pack, and from ₹18,000 for unusually complex or multi-component packaging. This avoids charging you for a separate “redesign fee” on top of the actual design work.
Usually no. The first approved size establishes the master artwork. If the remaining sizes keep the same design and only need proportion/dieline adaptation, they are normally ₹3,500–₹5,000 each. If another size uses a materially different packaging format or requires major panel re-layout, the additional-format range is usually ₹4,500–₹7,000.
We redesign the primary format first at the applicable ₹10,000 / ₹12,500 / ₹15,000 level. Once that redesign is approved, additional sizes using the same system are normally ₹3,500–₹5,000 each, while materially different additional formats are typically ₹4,500–₹7,000 each. We confirm the exact rate after reviewing the dielines so you do not pay a second full design fee unnecessarily.
Usually no. If one flavour establishes the approved master system and the remaining flavours are genuine variants, they use variant pricing. If several products need original master artworks within one coordinated brand/range system, multi-product bundle pricing applies. Completely unrelated concept directions are custom scoped.
The displayed price assumes one agreed brief, one primary packaging format, usable brand assets and the stated content complexity. Before work starts, Aeronovate reviews your actual content, dieline, source files, number of SKUs, languages, additional formats and any custom illustration/CGI requirements. If something materially changes the scope, we tell you first and confirm the price before starting; there are no surprise additions after the agreed scope.
Questions about printers, dielines, F&B responsibilities, mockups and physical production.
No. The standard prices shown are for design and artwork services. Printing, packaging material, manufacturing and vendor charges are separate. Aeronovate can work with the technical files/specifications supplied by your printer or packaging vendor.
The standard scope assumes the technical dieline is supplied by the client's printer, converter, packaging manufacturer or structural packaging specialist. Dieline engineering or structural design can be separately scoped if required.
Aeronovate can organise and place the final approved information you provide, including FSSAI-related and other statutory content where applicable. We do not act as the regulatory authority or legal consultant, calculate nutrition values, verify licence details or certify compliance. Final approval remains with the client and/or its qualified compliance advisor.
A standard mockup is a professional digital presentation visual using a suitable existing mockup format. Bespoke 3D modelling, CGI, product photography, animation and physically manufactured prototypes are different services and are quoted separately.
We can review what you have. If artwork needs reconstruction before the requested change can be made, the additional reconstruction effort is confirmed and quoted before work starts.
One supplied/approved pack format such as one pouch, carton, label, sleeve or box dieline. If the same product also requires another separate format such as an outer carton plus bottle label, the additional format is priced as an adaptation or additional scope.
Not necessarily. Screens, digital mockups, substrates, inks, lamination and printing processes can all change colour appearance. Aeronovate prepares artwork according to the printer/vendor colour and production specifications provided, but final physical colour proofing, substrate testing and press approval remain with the client and printer/vendor.
We can place client-supplied barcode/QR artwork and design the surrounding layout appropriately. The client remains responsible for the correct encoded data, and final printed scannability should be checked with the printer/vendor because size, contrast, substrate and print quality can affect performance.
New packaging projects include one consolidated round of reasonable artwork-related clarification with the client's appointed printer/vendor. This is design-file handoff support, not printing supervision, material engineering or production responsibility.
Exactly what is handed over, which editable formats are available, and how licensed assets are treated.
For an approved new-pack project, the standard handoff includes the editable master artwork (.AI by default or .CDR when agreed/requested), print-ready production PDF, approval/reference PDF, high-resolution flat preview and the included standard mockup. Transferable linked assets are organised where applicable. Multi-product projects also receive a Range Overview PDF and Artwork Register XLSX. Third-party fonts, stock assets or proprietary mockup templates are transferred only where licensing permits.
Adobe Illustrator (.AI) is our default editable source format. If you or your printer specifically require CorelDRAW (.CDR), tell us before final handoff and we will confirm the CDR deliverable. When cross-software conversion is needed, some live effects, fonts or transparency can behave differently, so the approved print-ready PDF remains the visual production reference. If you supply a usable CDR file for an existing-pack update, we normally return the revised CDR where practical.
Transferable linked assets are supplied where ownership and licensing permit. Commercial font files, paid stock files and third-party licensed resources cannot always legally be redistributed. Where appropriate, Aeronovate prepares a production-safe outlined or embedded treatment so the printer can output the approved artwork without needing unauthorised font files.
Yes. The approved final artwork and the agreed editable source deliverable are handed over for the client's authorised use after project completion in line with the confirmed quotation/commercial terms. Unselected concept directions, internal working files, proprietary templates and third-party licensed assets are not automatically transferred unless specifically agreed.
For the smaller number of businesses that genuinely need packaging work every month.
Only when packaging work is recurring enough to justify reserved monthly capacity. Examples include frequent SKU launches, seasonal changes, private-label work, export/retailer versions, or ongoing artwork management. Most one-time packaging requirements should use per-product pricing.
